📋 Description

• Build ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app that enhance ads’ performance and functionality • Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges • Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Web Engineering • Proficient in Typescript and Javascript • Willingness to tackle data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant applications • Experience with automated testing best practices, code quality/design patterns, and observability • Skilled at performing insightful code reviews and receiving feedback • Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity • Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a fully remote environment and discussion of complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working on ad tech (preferred) • Experience working on consumer-facing sites at production value and scale (preferred)
