📋 Description

• Develop and implement code and scripts that enhance the reliability and scalability of services within established parameters • Participate in routine code reviews and testing processes • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to continuous improvement • Engage in regular on-call rotation during scheduled shifts • Deliver incident response and postmortem processes to address and document operational issues • Assist in resolving customer issues escalated from support teams • Contribute to the development and enhancement of SRE software and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum processes • Python • Managing Linux-based systems in a public cloud • Kubernetes • Containers on Linux • Troubleshooting networking issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP • Writing and administering Ansible playbooks • Observability tools • Telecommuting role must be performed anywhere in the U.S.
