📋 Description

• Lead a team of developers and oversee work quality, timelines, and project risks • Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle • Mentor engineers and conduct design and code reviews • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders • Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support activities • Build scalable, event-driven solutions using AWS services and modern architectural patterns • Develop and maintain Python-based APIs, integrations, automation, and platform capabilities • Analyze requirements, create technical designs, and deliver solutions through Agile methodologies • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Computer Science or equivalent experience required • 8+ Years software development experience required • Advanced Python development required • API and integrations, testing and automation, object-oriented design and software engineering best practices required • AWS Experience with Data Ops ECS, Lambda, EventBridge, API, Kinesis required • Data & Orchestration AWS Airflow or Astronomer, DAG Development, DBT and Snowflake required • Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred • Institutional Investments, Asset Management, or Financial Services experience preferred • Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures preferred • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and data operations preferred • Experience with streaming technologies and real-time data processing preferred
