📋 Description

• Lead PowerConnect App implementation, configuration, and customization within Dynatrace for SAP observability • Customize and maintain PowerConnect dashboards, log processing, and metric extraction rules for customer SAP landscapes • Onboard applications, infrastructure, and cloud workloads across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Kubernetes and Docker • Design, build, and maintain custom dashboards, alerting profiles, workflows, and analytics using DQL and Grail • Monitor application performance and availability; lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using Davis AI causal insights • Configure Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring, APM, and Log Monitoring • Conduct health assessments and architecture reviews; deliver actionable best-practice recommendations • Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Jira, Slack, and other ITSM/collaboration tools • Support OpenTelemetry and distributed-tracing initiatives across microservices architectures • Partner with Product Development and Product Support teams to improve system functionality and reliability • Lead customer and internal enablement workshops, training sessions, and operations review meetings • Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and runbooks • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal observability standards and best practices • Work independently on defined engagements and collaborate with senior architects on complex initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 1-3 years of experience in Application Performance Management (APM), observability, or related IT infrastructure roles • 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Dynatrace (or comparable APM/observability tooling) • Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Working knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages (Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript) • Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern web application architectures • Ability to translate technical findings into business impact for non-technical stakeholders • Dynatrace Certified Associate or Dynatrace Certified Professional certification • Prior consulting, client-facing, or project management experience • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grail/DQL, and Davis AI-driven anomaly detection • Experience with SAP environments (S4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, HANA) and PowerConnect or similar SAP-to-observability integration tools • Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) • Exposure to relational database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) • ITIL Foundation certification
