📋 Description

• Work with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to deliver technical solutions for business problems • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable features across the stack • Write clean, efficient, documented code for the React Native mobile app and backend services • Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions • Contribute through high-quality code, peer reviews, and mentoring early-career engineers • Own feature testing with Jest unit tests and Cypress end-to-end tests • Investigate production issues, improve observability, and support platform reliability • Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployments, CI/CD workflows, and system performance • Introduce improvements to tools, processes, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript • Experience working with a growing team and early-stage startup strongly preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Proficiency writing complex and efficient SQL queries • Experience with Node, Express, React, AWS, and relational databases • React Native, Redux, and Next.js experience is a plus • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred • Self-driven, problem-solving, and research-oriented • Agile and flexible • Empathetic and collaborative • Trustworthy, authentic, and ethical • Strong attention to detail • Positive attitude
