📋 Description

• Lead engineering teams in the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of product builds • Develop and deliver automated build and automated publishing capabilities to support continuous integration • Oversee build planning, sprint planning, and sprint execution • Ensure all work items, changes, risks, and retrospectives are captured in approved tools • Lead integration engineering efforts, including interface development with enterprise data and legacy systems • Ensure compliance with the enterprise DevSecOps release framework • Coordinate with technical staff and integration partners to resolve issues • Ensure required components are migrated to appropriate technical environments • Support development of Deployment Packages and updated design documentation • Advise on AI/ML integration, predictive analytics, and supply chain optimization capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity on federal IT programs • Demonstrated experience with SAFe Agile, DevSecOps, and hybrid SDLC methodologies • Proficiency with CI/CD toolchains: GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow • Experience with cloud-based development environments: AWS, Azure, government cloud, Kubernetes • Familiarity with enterprise systems and integration patterns: FHIR, ESB/EAI, REST APIs • Knowledge of approved technology standards and enterprise DevSecOps release frameworks • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance • Preferred certifications: SAFe Architect; SAFe Agile Product and Solution Management; SAFe PO/PM; SAFe Agilist (SA); TOGAF; COBIT; Red Hat Certified Engineer or Specialist in Cloud-Native Applications
