📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive cloud solution services hosted in Microsoft Azure as part of a larger team • Serve as technical lead for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions • Create custom Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse • Develop Power Automate workflows for enterprise needs • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Power BI, and other Microsoft or cloud services • Lead requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment across the solution lifecycle • Ensure solutions are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with end-user requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications • Provide acceptance criteria, conduct unit/developer testing, debug issues, and deliver high-quality solutions • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support manuals • Act as Power Platform Subject Matter Expert and advise on best practices, governance, and the Center of Excellence toolkit • Mentor junior developers when applicable • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, monitor performance, security, and usage, and implement enhancements or troubleshoot issues

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered • Minimum 5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform • Proven ability to build complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automate workflows, and integrate external data sources • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including SharePoint, Azure Functions or other Azure PaaS services, and Azure SQL or other databases • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling • Experience and expertise with at least one programming or scripting language such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL • Experience with data and document migration and integration with external data sources • Experience with source control and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines in Power Platform projects is a plus • Experience with third-party tools including Postman, Fiddler, XRMToolBox, XRMToolKit, KingswaySoft, and Azure Data Factory is a plus • DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+ certification, or higher, is required • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Agile/DevOps processes • Willingness to occasionally travel to the client site if needed • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications, Power BI development, Power Pages/Power Portals, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online integrations, Azure PaaS or .NET development, REST APIs, and third-party service/data integration
