📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and software solutions for data engineering and analytics • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, stakeholders, business units, and engineering teams • Analyze business requirements and transform raw data into reusable analytics assets • Implement best practices for data quality, version control, and deployment within analytics platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve software- and data-related issues, providing fixes and continuous improvements • Partner with solution architects to integrate analytics solutions into broader architectural designs • Develop and maintain documentation for software and data processes • Conduct data analysis to support data-driven decision-making • Support software design and development, including development environments and testing frameworks • Help develop and execute a long-term data platform architecture strategy • Establish a new data engineering practice and provide technical leadership within the Product organization

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience in a similar role • 5+ years of experience using Python and SQL required • 5+ years of experience using C# and/or Java preferred • Ability to travel 10% • Intermediate cloud computing knowledge, including virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS • Intermediate scripting and programming skills • Intermediate systems and infrastructure design skills • Intermediate technical requirements analysis and specification skills • Intermediate DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring • Intermediate SQL proficiency • Intermediate PaaS proficiency; Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services highly preferred • Intermediate ORM framework proficiency • Intermediate TDD methodology proficiency
