📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees across employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and HR operations • Promote a positive employee experience and the use of HR systems, policies, and processes • Provide consultative HR support to frontline managers • Conduct local investigations under Employee Relations and/or Legal guidance • Recommend resolutions and support corrective actions • Reinforce employee relations strategies supporting individual and team success • Execute and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including affirmative action, anti-discrimination, health and safety, and federal/state regulations • Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, and cross-functional efforts aligned with business priorities • Coach and counsel employees and managers through routine and employee relations matters

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously • Adaptability and change agility • Experience executing operational tasks and identifying process improvements • Customer-focused mindset and experience delivering high-quality service in a ticketed support environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot • Ability to coach and counsel employees and managers through routine and employee relations matters • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5 years of Human Resources experience • In-depth knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and management consultation • Union experience is a plus
