📋 Description

• Architect and integrate LLM-powered, agentic tools into our platform ecosystem • Drive the strategic roadmap for our GCP and Kubernetes-based cloud capabilities, balancing direct developer feedback with emerging cloud technologies • Define, build, and maintain rigorous system Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and incident management processes • Design transparent platform security (access controls, encryption, vulnerability management) • Manage cloud capacity and FinOps proactively • Transform CI/CD (GitHub Actions, TeamCity), deployment (ArgoCD), and build tooling into a cohesive, self-service product • Provide high-level, solutions-oriented support by troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues • Foster a customer-focused engineering environment and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required; AWS experience is a strong plus • Extensive expertise operating both self-managed and cloud-managed Kubernetes architectures at scale • Experience managing and scaling robust data storage and streaming technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka) • Strong software development skills in high-level languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript) combined with modern development practices • Proven ability to build secure, self-service infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and declarative CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, TeamCity) to deploy with confidence and drive down CFR • Proficiency using modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) • Experience designing scalable, OpenTelemetry-based monitoring and tracing frameworks that equip engineering teams to swiftly pinpoint bottlenecks and lower MTTR.
