📋 Description

• Implement new algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation • Optimize existing high-throughput algorithms for image analysis, detection, and tracking • Demonstrate fluent, idiomatic mastery of C++ • Contribute to software design and architecture • Work as part of an Agile team • Contribute to shared tools • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional software development experience currently working hands-on with C++ • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB • Experience with the Versant Object Database (Versant DB) and MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL is desirable • Background or familiarity with Embedded Systems development • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and multithreading/concurrency • Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science • Additional year of education may be substituted for years of professional experience • At least five years of professional experience and fluency in C++ • At least three years of professional experience using Linux operating systems • Knowledge of data structures • Optimization skills for high-data-throughput processing • Detail oriented • Good verbal and written communication skills
