📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to win technical validation and define deployment success criteria • Serve as the Dock subject matter expert for autonomous systems operating in cloud and on-premise environments • Lead demonstrations, proofs of concept, and field trials • Perform hands-on dock installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting • Ensure systems are installed, tested, and delivering value as agreed • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot compliant cloud, on-premise, WiFi, cellular, and IP networking architectures • Build scalable deployment processes for dock installations on secure government networks • Work through accreditation and compliance requirements, including ATO processes, cloud impact levels, secure data handling, NDAA compliance, and Blue UAS Cleared List status • Act as the customer's technical representative internally • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues • Quantify product feedback into prioritized, defensible requirements • Support customer onboarding, training, and early operational use • Support executive briefings and customer reviews as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting cloud-connected or on-premise hardware and software systems • Strong hands-on experience with WiFi, cellular, and IP networking, including troubleshooting connectivity issues • Familiarity with compliant cloud environments, on-premise deployments, and secure data handling • Experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining hardware systems in customer environments • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and mechanical or robotic platforms • Familiarity with government acquisition processes and delivery of complex technical systems under contract • Proven ability to implement new technology and coordinate with technical teams to deliver on customer schedules • Strong written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to customers and internal stakeholders • Comfortable working outdoors, at height, and performing physical tasks including climbing ladders • Active FAA Part 107 Certificate • Ability to travel 50 to 75% of the time • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one • U.S. Citizenship required • Eligible to work in the United States • No employment-based visa or permanent residency sponsorship is offered • Basic scripting or software integration experience (nice to have) • Working knowledge of REST APIs and customer integrations (nice to have) • Experience with commercial or government autonomous aircraft systems (nice to have) • Cloud or infrastructure certifications, or a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (nice to have) • Experience bridging operators and engineers (nice to have)
