📋 Description

• Write effective, scalable Python code supporting CMS as it merges systems into one AI-driven platform • Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible • Own CI/CD pipelines end to end • Build and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression test suites • Integrate test-coverage analysis, code-quality checks, and security gates using tools such as SonarQube and Snyk • Package and deploy workloads with Docker and related containerization tools • Investigate and debug test failures, update tests, and file bugs as needed • Collaborate with human-centered design experts to build intuitive, responsive, personalized solutions • Develop and tune back-end components to improve responsiveness and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong coding chops in Python (and friends) • Real DevOps / DevSecOps / DevTestOps experience • Experience automating build, test, and deployment workflows • Experience building automated tests and integrating them into pipelines with code-quality checks and security gates • Experience with scalable, maintainable pipelines integrated with testing frameworks • Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes • Comfort with REST APIs • Fluency in Scrum, Lean, or SAFe • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across stakeholders • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • Acceptable results of a background investigation • AI, NLP, LLM, or ML-driven application experience would be advantageous • Previous CMS or federal agency support experience would be advantageous • FISMA boundary or ATO/cATO experience would be advantageous
