⢠Own the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for the Rent-to-Own platform. ⢠Develop products that support customer acquisition, application processing, servicing, payments, collections, and ownership conversion. ⢠Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities across dealer channels and customer segments. ⢠Balance customer needs, dealer experience, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance when prioritizing initiatives. ⢠Build business cases and product strategies that support long-term revenue and portfolio growth. ⢠Improve dealer onboarding, activation, and engagement experiences. ⢠Develop tools that help dealer partners increase conversion rates and close more sales. ⢠Partner with Sales teams to understand dealer pain points and identify opportunities for product innovation. ⢠Optimize dealer portals, reporting, training resources, and self-service capabilities. ⢠Enhance customer application, approval, and onboarding experiences. ⢠Identify opportunities to reduce friction throughout the customer ownership journey. ⢠Improve payment experiences, account management tools, and customer self-service capabilities. ⢠Define and manage product KPIs across acquisition, approval rates, conversion, activation, servicing, delinquency, retention, and portfolio performance. ⢠Analyze customer and dealer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization. ⢠Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product health and business outcomes. ⢠Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams. ⢠Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development priorities. ⢠Drive alignment across teams while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. ⢠3+ years of Product Management experience. ⢠Experience supporting fintech, consumer lending, lease-to-own, embedded finance, marketplace, payments, or point-of-sale financing products. ⢠Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, digital applications, servicing, and payment ecosystems. ⢠Experience working with merchants, dealer networks, or partner-based distribution models. ⢠Demonstrated ability to build product roadmaps and execute against strategic objectives. ⢠Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions. ⢠Experience working in Agile product development environments. ⢠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ⢠Ability to influence across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
