📋 Description

• Working with stakeholders to understand, refine, and shape requirements for a data platform and associated applications. • Designing and implementing high-performance, scalable full stack solutions, incorporating all technical elements from database through to user interface. • Building and maintaining microservices, APIs, and event-driven components to support platform workflows. • Participating in the design and implementation of reporting, data management, and operational tooling as needed. • Ensuring system reliability, performance, and security by identifying gaps/loopholes in end-to-end workflows and addressing them through design and code changes. • Collaborating with distributed team members through code reviews, pairing/mentoring, and shared ownership of delivery outcomes. • Contributing to CI/CD practices and operational readiness (deployment, monitoring, and production support as needed).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience. • Strong .NET/C# skills, including .NET Core / ASP.NET Core for building web applications and services. • Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs, applying best practices for versioning, security, and performance. • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures (message-based integration patterns). • Proficiency with TypeScript + React (or a comparable modern SPA framework) and strong SQL Server skills (schema design, query writing, performance tuning). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-cultural team environment, demonstrating adaptability in a rapidly changing setting. • Self-motivated and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a proactive team player who can deliver results with minimal oversight.
