📋 Description

• Perform advanced analysis, design, development, enhancement, implementation, and support for complex software systems • Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Commerce Cloud and integrated subsystems supporting FWGS.com, LOOP, and the Associate Portal • Provide daily operational support for OCC, OIC, and extranet environments • Design, develop, debug, and maintain code across Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and related Oracle systems • Analyze codebases, identify defects, and engineer solutions aligned with business requirements • Conduct developer-level testing before promoting changes to UAT • Research and evaluate products, integrations, and enhancements • Integrate new systems into the Oracle Suite through programming and configuration changes • Perform peer code reviews and follow agency change-management guidelines • Produce level-of-effort estimates and present them to IT leadership and business stakeholders • Conduct internal testing, support business users during UAT, resolve defects, and retest until acceptance • Support and synchronize multiple non-production environments • Troubleshoot, investigate, and debug issues logged by internal staff • Perform maintenance activities including job restarts, integration restarts, and system monitoring • Monitor system performance and implement performance improvements • Collaborate on backup, recovery, data security, error handling, and system controls • Establish standards, guidelines, and customer service levels for PLCB web applications • Produce design, requirements, LOE, technical, and functional documentation • Provide regular status reports to the group manager • Evaluate software products and serve as SME for systems, tools, processes, policies, and codebases

• 2–5 years of experience with HTML/CSS • 2–5 years of experience with SQL • 2–5 years of experience with XML/JSON • 2–5 years of experience with JavaScript • 2–5 years of experience with Java • 0–2 years of experience with Oracle SQL Developer • 2–5 years of experience with Open Storefront Framework • 0–2 years of experience with DevOps • 0–2 years of experience with Visual Studio • 2–5 years of experience with MongoDB • Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Hands-on experience with Open Storefront Framework • Experience with Visual Studio and MongoDB • Ability to support Oracle-based digital platforms and integrated subsystems • Ability to perform developer-level testing and support UAT • Ability to follow agency change-management guidelines and documentation standards • Ability to support PCI compliance, security policies, ecommerce standards, and testing documentation • Ability to perform off-hours maintenance and monitoring when required
