📋 Description

• Teach assigned undergraduate and graduate Human Resources courses using a pre-designed curriculum • Provide high-quality instruction using professional expertise • Enhance curriculum effectiveness through technology and videos • Use the online learning platform to enrich student learning • Conduct assigned office hours • Support students via email, phone, text, and office hours • Provide timely, quality feedback to support academic success • Establish evaluation standards and explain assessment methods • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend required faculty meetings, workshops, and training • Coach and mentor students while building strong faculty-student relationships and classroom community

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution • All degrees must be conferred and from an accredited institution • Professional certification in the discipline specialty, if applicable • Terminal degree or work toward a terminal degree preferred • Teaching experience at the college level strongly preferred • Online teaching experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Proficiency in oral presentation, planning, and course-objective organization • Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the University • Ability to access information using a computer • Strong mental acuity • Must be able to lift 1 lb. • Mobility within the office, including movement from floor to floor • No travel
