📋 Description

• Evaluate development and operations workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas • Develop and recommend strategies to optimize DevOps processes, collaboration, time-to-market, and operational efficiency • Research and implement DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies • Partner with development, operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process-improvement insights • Facilitate cross-functional communication and act as a stakeholder liaison • Triage incoming work to multiple DevOps teams when necessary • Create and maintain workflow, SOP, and change-log documentation • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for DevOps performance metrics • Report process-improvement progress and outcomes to management and stakeholders • Identify innovation and continuous-improvement opportunities • Provide guidance and mentorship on DevOps practices and methodologies • Conduct training sessions and workshops on DevOps processes and tools • Identify process risks and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies • Resolve issues proactively to ensure seamless initiative delivery • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field required • Minimum of 3 years of Revenue cycle or SSI product experience preferred • Prior software project management experience a plus • Combination of experience and advanced education may be substituted • Background checks and drug test required • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Problem-solving and leadership skills • Ability to independently identify project issues, determine appropriate actions, and escalate appropriately • Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent judgments • Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Conflict resolution experience • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing • Ability to interact productively in a team environment • Ability to see clearly with or without corrective lenses and hear clearly with or without aids • Ability to use hands, fingers, and wrists repetitively with a computer keyboard and office equipment • Compliance with company policies, data security standards, and ethical guidelines for AI/GenAI use
