📋 Description

• Lead and drive large, complex projects from conception to delivery • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code across the full technology stack • Lead technical discussions with Product and Design teams and architect scalable solutions • Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture designs, API contracts, and technical roadmaps • Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance across teams • Define and champion coding standards, best practices, and design principles • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system reliability issues • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption • Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning and technical excellence • Drive architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technical roadmaps • Solve complex challenges involving performance, scalability, security, and system design • Partner with Product teams from feature concept through production, including instrumentation, observability, monitoring, and iterative improvement • Improve developer experience through tooling, CI/CD, infrastructure, and onboarding initiatives • Collaborate with stakeholders, C-suite, and cross-functional teams • Champion small, complete vertical slices supported by trunk-based development and feature flags • Lead incident response and participate in incident reviews and reliability initiatives • Report to an Engineering Manager and own end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience • Seven or more years of full stack software development in a SaaS or technology-driven environment • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) • Strong front-end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Strong back-end/API experience with .NET Core • Deep understanding of SQL databases and data modeling best practices • Familiarity with Agile framework and methodologies • Comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts • Experience integrating third-party platforms such as payments, CRM, marketing, or identity providers, including APIs, webhooks, and event models • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration • Strong understanding of monitoring and logging tools • Experience with tooling automation, internal frameworks or libraries, and developer documentation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and JIRA • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong time management and multitasking skills
