📋 Description

• Build backend product capabilities for Stytch’s identity platform on Twilio • Ship new API surfaces and core authentication flows, including agentic and non-human identity use cases • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and translate customer needs into product capabilities • Deliver high-impact roadmap features • Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams on architecture and platform integration • Author design documents and drive key technical decisions • Review code and maintain ownership of shipped systems • Break down complex problems, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and design developer experiences • Improve production quality and resilience through observability, incident response, and remediation • Mentor and support engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge-sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in designing, building and operating high-scale, mission critical cloud based production systems • Familiarity with a production-grade code base in a modern programming language • Best practice coding standards and writing high quality code • Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience • Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours • Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, and DynamoDB • Experience building developer tools or SDKs • Experience building and owning products consumed by paying customers • Passion for hands-on building and seeing work come to life
