• Design, deploy, and maintain server systems, cloud services, and virtualization platforms • Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget • Deploy Windows, Linux, and virtualized infrastructure environments • Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades for performance and security • Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and secure infrastructure aligned with standards and best practices • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for data integrity and business continuity • Write PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and configuration management • Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles and Terraform • Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Set up monitoring systems to ensure infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability • Resolve infrastructure issues and minimize downtime; collaborate with IT teams and vendors on complex troubleshooting • Maintain infrastructure documentation and produce reports on performance, capacity, and security metrics
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role required • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell required • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills required • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/projects effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience with Azure cloud services, including setup, configuration, and management • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Intune (Endpoint Manager), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), and the Microsoft stack in Azure • Experience with Veeam backup and replication solutions, including setup, configuration, and management • Experience with monitoring platforms such as Datadog or Site24x7 is a plus • Enterprise-level monitoring platform experience preferred • Healthcare environment experience preferred • Server administration and virtualization platform experience (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) preferred • Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 services experience preferred • Terraform and DevOps familiarity preferred • Understanding of Agile workflow methodologies preferred • Must be able to meet the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation • Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting and hand/finger movement • Ability to use office equipment in office or remotely • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing • Candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska are not eligible because the employer does not hire from those states
