📋 Description

• Build and own Quality Assurance Tools supporting customer journey automation across international eCommerce banners • Support automation across search, browse, checkout, payment, fulfillment, and post-purchase • Develop for web and native mobile using Agentic Testing, Next.js, Playwright, and Appium • Integrate testing tools into CI/CD pipelines for pull-request and release-candidate quality signals • Build reusable AI Native React components with modular CSS • Manage client state with Redux and React Query • Consume REST and gRPC services • Measure and resolve performance bottlenecks using Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or custom tooling • Own web vitals and A/B test instrumentation • Refactor and improve existing code • Collaborate with product, design, and UX teams • Establish tools, processes, and documentation to improve code quality • Review code across the team and other teams • Contribute to the Node-based developer platform • Ship software to hundreds of thousands of users daily with autonomy over code and feature ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area • Prior experience building AI Native applications, including RAG and vector-based databases at scale • Expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices • Experience delivering scoped features through iterative development and collaborative engineering • Proficiency in debugging, code review, and CI/CD processes • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions • Experience integrating AI/ML components and using generative AI tools • Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements with measurable outcomes • Technical judgment, adaptability, and commitment to engineering excellence • Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position • Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant computer science or software engineering field and 1 year’s experience • Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
