📋 Description

• Sell Zoetis diagnostic instruments, tests, associated products, and services within an assigned U.S. sales territory • Build and maintain customer relationships to maximize retention • Achieve budgeted sales quotas within targeted accounts • Update and maintain sales funnel and customer profile data • Collaborate with Zoetis colleagues to achieve goals and support the Diagnostics business • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of diagnostic products and services • Visit existing and prospective customers, targeting 3–4 existing customers and 3–4 new business opportunities per day • Provide detailed documentation of customer and prospect interactions in the online system • Transport, lift, set up, and demonstrate diagnostic solutions and equipment • Explain product uses, benefits, and value proposition; answer customer questions • Secure purchase orders • Provide ongoing in-person, phone, and email customer support • Coordinate with sales, accounting, and technical staff to address customer needs • Work with Diagnostic Technical Specialists to strengthen customer service and utilization • Generate new business and leads, including placing instruments in competitor accounts, academia, and research settings • Support billing and collection efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of four years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant technical/clinical experience • Minimum of an associate's degree, preferably with a science or business emphasis, or equivalent experience • Fluent English required • Demonstrated expertise in veterinary terminology/science • Experience selling capital equipment in physician and/or veterinary clinics • Skilled at making presentations, including financial presentations • Ability to transport, set up, and demonstrate equipment quickly and effectively • Organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance • Safely lift and move 60 lbs. • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
