• Responsible for helping customers harness the full potential of 1Password • Building launch plans for success and providing exceptional customer experience • Onboarding small-sized to large customers through defined processes • Supporting existing customers with advanced training needs • Proactively reporting on customers' needs and feedback

Requirements

• Strong communication skills over email, phone, and video • Experience and passion for helping people or businesses use software • Ability to work well with internal teams • Quick learner and ability to adapt to new environments • Strong organizational skills • Embracing feedback, learning, and growth • Fluent in a second language considered a huge asset • Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager is a bonus
