Description

• Lead a team of Business Development Representatives responsible for outbound pipeline generation • Identify customers and strategically prospect to qualify needs and drive interest in solutions • Coach, support, and motivate the team in multi-channel prospecting • Support recruitment, onboarding, and building of high performing individuals • Drive productive use of software stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator • Try new tactics and strategies for continuous improvement • Occasional travel for in-person engagement with team members and customers • Participate in bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings, and customer events • Approach compensation with fair market value and internal equity • Believe in the power of remote work while recognizing the importance of in-person connections

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience leading Sales Development teams or 5 or more years of relevant professional experience with B2B prospecting • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing talented individuals • Passion for coaching, motivating, and mentoring others • Track record of success in generating quality sales pipeline within a SaaS or B2B organization • Outstanding communications skills • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn metrics into decisions • Identify and make recommendations for process improvement • Experience in a fast-growth environment with problem-solving skills • Bonus if personal experience with 1Password or another password manager
