Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As a SDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and nurturing potential leads. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about our mission and eager to kick-start their career in business development within the fintech industry. You will work closely with the Director of Business Operations and the broader sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success selling core infrastructure solutions to financial institutions across the debt lifecycle • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and build rapport • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Nice-to-Haves: Experience in consumer and personal finance, especially at a startup. Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
