• Help improve sales productivity and deal flow by providing technical expertise • Assist teams within Go-to-Market in achieving their sales targets • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Support resources • Interact with key customer technical decision-makers to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions • Be the main technical point of contact within 1Password’s go-to-market team • Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements • Develop competitive analysis sheets • Provide technical coaching and professional development to sales team • Collaborate with Product Management and Support teams • Provide training to customers and staff • Prepare proposals and respond to RFIs, RFPs RFQs, and vendor/risk assessments • Occasional travel may be required for events
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment • Minimum of 2 years disseminating and popularizing technical information for a general audience • Superior presentation and communication skills • Keen eye for detail and quality • Excitement for investigating, testing, and exploring solutions • Strong level of autonomy • Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment • Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager (bonus) • Familiarity with acronyms SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS • Experience working with SaaS tools and in the security industry is an asset
