• Absys Cyborg’s portfolio of SME-focused offerings enables you to cover the full range of business needs of our clients and prospects across all industries. • You design tailored commercial proposals and manage your deals through to closing. • You identify opportunities for new projects within your territory through your market knowledge, ongoing market monitoring, and the close relationships you build with prospects, clients and the ecosystem. • In collaboration with the Consulting teams, you analyze the client’s needs to provide an appropriate solution while ensuring project feasibility and guaranteeing adherence to our methodology and processes. • You support the client throughout the contracting process and in the ongoing follow-up of the service. • You plan and organize your activity in a project-based manner: you feed performance indicators, flag project deviations, manage reporting, and coordinate and mobilize the internal and external resources required at each stage of the sales process.

🎯 Requirements

• You have significant experience selling IT or telecom solutions/services within an IT services company (ESN) to SME/mid-market clients. • Passionate about the challenges of digital transformation for SMEs and mid-market companies, you have demonstrated the ability to engage with senior stakeholders (functional, IT and executive management) and to understand companies’ needs to support their growth. • Your business orientation enables you to prioritize sustainable results while ensuring a high level of service quality and client satisfaction. • You stand out for your powers of persuasion and influence and know how to coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team to close and run your deals while meeting established objectives.
