• Train and stay up to date on Safran.AI’s solution and service offerings, as well as keep informed of the market’s competitive and partnership landscape and the latest technology trends • Know the Safran.AI customers on your account, in particular their business challenges, and the solutions Safran.AI provides to address them • Define and maintain a strategic account plan to grow the account • Coordinate commercial resources to implement this strategy • Identify Safran.AI solution sales opportunities and qualify them as accurately as possible • Deliver first-level functional presentations and demonstrations in response to these opportunities • Communicate effectively with both operational and decision-making levels within the client account, and work as part of a team, coordinating with the Executive team who will manage high-level relationships • Learn and guide customer decision-making and procurement processes to achieve our sales objectives • Create professional commercial proposals in collaboration with product and technical teams. With the support of the executive team, negotiate contracts • Follow sales processes and use the CRM as a daily working tool • Ensure customer satisfaction in coordination with product and project teams
• Master’s degree in marketing, sales, engineering or a relevant field • 5+ years of successful experience in sales and business development • Significant experience in the defense sector and, in particular, knowledge of French procurement procedures and institutions • Experience with both direct and indirect sales • Proven ability to manage complex deals and generate new opportunities that impact company growth with government customers such as Defense and Intelligence • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) • High level of autonomy, organization, attention to detail and focus on results • Fluent command of the English language.
