• Drive growth and success of AI solutions within legal and professional services markets • Manage named account list, prioritize inbound leads, and directly outbound to prospects • Manage full customer lifecycle from prospecting to renewals • Achieve and exceed revenue targets • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers • Conduct high velocity, tailored client evaluations • Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions to meet customer needs • Develop sales playbook to enable scaling • Travel may be required for customer and company office visits
• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions • Excited about prospecting and capable of independently leading a sales cycle • Ability to independently manage a pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance metrics • Ability to lead a complex, multi-threaded sale with various stakeholders • Demonstrated passion for Harvey’s mission and understanding of AI potential • Team player who collaborates effectively across functions • Fluency in English and French • Experience working in or adjacent to the Legal industry a plus
