Description

• Support team by analyzing and documenting current observability dashboards • Document panels that are not showing any data and document which one needs fix or removal • Document metric and log queries used in dashboards • Assist team to convert them into a source code in proper dashboard language • Assist in task tickets, documentation to maintain • Assist in 'Knowledge Transfer' documentation: Make sure document is easy to follow and contains all necessary pointers to external information

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Familiarity with cloud computing / Cloud based SaaS solutions and hands-on experience with an Observability / Monitoring tool (like Grafana, DataDog, etc) is a plus • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
