• Develop a deep understanding of Soluno’s product offerings and stay updated on industry trends. • Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about upcoming features and enhancements. • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase Soluno’s solutions. • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align Soluno’s solutions with their needs. • Provide pre-sales technical support, addressing prospect inquiries and concerns. • Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and technical documentation • Be a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance and expertise to customers throughout the sales cycle. • Be able to conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the technical knowledge to effectively sell Soluno’s solutions. • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including technical documentation, case studies, and solution briefs. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. • Continuously update technical knowledge to effectively address evolving customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role within the technology industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex accounting concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges. • Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements as needed. • Salesforce.com experience a plus • Comfortability working within Office 365
