Description

• Client Engagement & Success Management team responsible for complete post-sales lifecycle of clients • Manage largest and most sophisticated clients • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients • Develop success plans and drive adoption • Identify new revenue opportunities and assist in proposals • Be voice of client to internal teams • Maintain high level of client happiness and reference-ability • Share client success stories and frameworks • Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge • Collaborate cross-functionally within Addepar

Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, client-facing, client success, or strategy roles in financial services • Proven record of translating business needs into technical product utilization • Strong analytical skills and structured framework • Knowledge of technology to engage with R&D and clients • Experience driving organizational change and adoption • Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives • Track record of leading large projects/programs • Strong communication and time management skills • Collaborative and adaptable • Open to travel • Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus

Benefits

• Starting pay range of $109,000 - $170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits • Pay based on role, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions • Additional bonus, equity, and benefits included in total compensation
