• Seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us onboard more dApps to the APhone store. • Responsibilities include dApp Partner Onboarding, Market and Competitive Insight, Cross-Functional Coordination, and Thought Leadership. • After launching on Solana mainnet on March 7th, we’ve already sold $3.3M in one-year subscriptions to our OS, with TGE planned for mid Q2.
• At least 5 years in business development or partnership roles, with a proven track record in closing dApp partnerships in the DePIN and DeFi sectors, specifically. Widespread existing relationships within these verticals is a must. • Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable institution. • Exceptional understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and the decentralized finance ecosystem. Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. Strong familiarity with managing and growing BD/CRM databases. • A dynamic self-starter passionate about decentralization and innovation. Must be strong critical thinker and independent problem solver. • Willingness to travel for networking, partnership development, and to stay connected with the global Web3 community.
