• dApp Partner Onboarding: Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key players in the GameFi and broader Web3 ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for onboarding a minimum of 300 dApps to our store over your first year. • Market and Competitive Insight: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Web3, DePIN, and DeFi landscapes to inform product strategy and identify untapped market opportunities. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment between product development, marketing, and sales teams to maximize the impact of partnerships and integrations. • Thought Leadership: Help represent APhone at industry events, conferences, and forums, sharing insights and promoting our vision for a decentralized digital future.
• At least 5 years in business development or partnership roles, with a proven track record in closing dApp partnerships in GameFi, specifically. Widespread existing relationships within Web2 and Web3 gaming is a must. • Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable institution. • Exceptional understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and the decentralized finance ecosystem. Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. Strong familiarity with managing and growing BD/CRM databases. • A dynamic self-starter passionate about decentralization and innovation. Must be strong critical thinker and independent problem solver. • Willingness to travel for networking, partnership development, and to stay connected with the global Web3 community.
