Description

β€’ Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. β€’ Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. β€’ Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution. β€’ Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience. β€’ Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performance evaluations. β€’ Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with employment laws. β€’ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in human resources management. β€’ Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. β€’ Strong understanding of training and development principles. β€’ Familiarity with employee relations and performance management. β€’ Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. β€’ Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications. β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
