• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution. • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience. • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performance evaluations. • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with employment laws. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.


• Proven experience in human resources management. • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. • Strong understanding of training and development principles. • Familiarity with employee relations and performance management. • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
