β’ Proven experience in human resources management. β’ Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. β’ Strong understanding of training and development principles. β’ Familiarity with employee relations and performance management. β’ Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. β’ Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications. β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
