• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related roles. • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
