Description

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. • Planning - Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, prospective openings, and position requirements; forecast changes in staffing, plan recruiting strategies in advance, and maintain movement in the talent pipeline to maximize long-term productivity. • Policy Development - Review existing HR policies and procedures and create new ones to align with organizational goals, industry standards, and legal requirements. • HR Administration - Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, personnel record-keeping, and the annual enrollment process. • Employee Relations - Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives. • Performance Management - Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. • Legal Compliance - Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices remain compliant and mitigate legal risks. • Strategic Planning - Contributing to strategic HR planning by analyzing workforce trends, identifying future staffing needs, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. • Investigations - Thoroughly investigate any potential issues, discrimination, harassment, or any other employee relations complaints or disputes; effectively present findings to the appropriate parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related roles. • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
