Description

• Support Aledade’s revenue estimation process by enhancing accuracy of existing estimates and improving forecasting ability • Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights and solutions • Translate and communicate analysis results to different teams • Lead development of analytic products • Work closely with engineering and product partners • Work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities • Manage research projects from design through implementation, documentation, and presentation of findings • Contribute to making Aledade holistically better

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience • Advanced degree may substitute for some experience • Experience with SQL for data manipulation and R, Python, or Stata for statistical programming • Experience with healthcare data sources such as medical or pharmacy claims, electronic health record, event notification, clinical, and patient reported data • Proficiency in SQL, nuanced analyses, and data visualization • Attention to detail, project management experience, and knowledge of standard methods for measuring health care outcomes • Ability to work with senior leadership and across departments • Values people with differing backgrounds and perspectives • Well-versed in Equity and Inclusion concepts and principles • Commitment to serving teammates and patients with empathy and respect
