📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive candidates • Act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers and serve as the first point of contact for hiring needs • Lead the recruitment delivery process and fulfill open vacancies • Ensure account SLAs and KPIs are met • Advise on recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions • Monitor and analyze recruitment activity to support accurate volume forecasting • Provide professional advice and timely, honest feedback to candidates in accordance with recruitment best practices • Build and manage stakeholder relationships and provide white glove service

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English and Dutch • Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry • Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle simultaneously • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
