Description

• Partner closely with leadership across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business Intelligence • Lead development and execution of People & Culture procedures and policies • Serve as a strategic business partner and consultant to business leaders • Develop People & Culture objectives and systems • Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs • Suggest new procedures and policies for continuous improvement • Bring expertise in HR practices and compliance • Participate in the recruiting process • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews • Provide effective HR advisory service to employees

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) • Administrative and strategic initiatives experience • HR practices and compliance expertise in multiple states • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and collaborating with managers • HRIS system experience • Inclusive culture development experience
