Description

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training and work assessments • Recruits, interviews, and hires qualified job applicants • Conducts background checks and employee verifications • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs • Administers human resource programs • Handles employment-related inquiries and disciplinary matters • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations • Provides employee support and attends disciplinary meetings • Maintains knowledge of HR trends and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years HR management experience • Minimum 2 years managing a cleared workforce • Minimum 2 years managing a remote/telework workforce • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field • 5+ years of HR management experience • SHRM certification a plus
