Description

• Consult with company’s leadership and team members and provide daily HR guidance • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department, provide new ideas to improve corporate structure and human resource management • Resolve complex issues and address grievances when necessary • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention • Provide HR policy guidance • Understand compliance needs of various products and businesses, and coordinate with internal and external teams • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning • Identify training needs for teams and individuals • Evaluate training programs • Suggest new HR strategies • Good budget planning skills

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HRBP • Excellent people management skills • Analytical and goal-oriented • Understand compliance • Strong communication skills • Strong work ethics • Thorough knowledge of labor and corporate compliance matters • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices • Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus • Chinese speaking is a plus, though not a must
