Description
• Serve as trusted advisors to both team members and leadership • Foster a positive and high-performance workplace culture • Ensure alignment between business objectives and people-related initiatives • Contribute to the continued growth of the company • Own and manage key HR projects • Collaborate with business leaders to increase talent density • Utilize data to proactively address problems • Create an excellent onboarding experience • Hold business leaders accountable for coaching and development • Serve as checks and balances for high-impact workflows • Manage end-to-end team member lifecycle • Provide timely and accurate responses • Support overall goals and initiatives of People Operations team • Work on projects such as onboarding and development, compensation best practices, and HR systems and platform security
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in managing people, managing projects across multiple teams, or managing a function • Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Drive products • Ability to learn new technology systems quickly • First Principles Thinking • Judgment • Initiative and Resourcefulness • Integrity • Ownership
