• Analyst role in Broker Operations team • Responsible for onboarding new brokers and supporting existing contributors • Work with product managers and operations analysts • Validate and maintain research accuracy • Investigate and address inquiries from stakeholders • Collaborate for functional improvements and streamline processes • Create and document operational processes • Bachelor’s degree required • 1-3 years of financial data entry, aggregation, or operations experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable in a challenging & growing environment • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and Google Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• 1-3 years of financial data entry, aggregation, or operations experience • Bachelor’s Degree (with strong academic record) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to identify improvements in processes and workflows • Must be comfortable in a challenging & growing environment with shifting priorities • Ability to execute tasks and take complex projects through completion • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and Google Suite • Experience working with sell-side / investment research (strong plus) • Experience with metadata tagging (strong plus)
