• Fundamental knowledge in IT, particularly in Windows and Linux systems administration. • Suitable clearances, including DV. • Networking experience and understanding of network architecture and design principles. • Ability to gather and comprehend customer requirements effectively. • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with diverse teams and suppliers. • Experience with VMware/virtualization technologies, including ESX and vCentre. • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain composure during critical incidents. • Proficiency in Ansible automation and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and agile teams. • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and scripting experience. • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and JIRA Service Desk. • Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and NSX-T. • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
