Requirements

• 3+ years as a Sr. Director or above • Experience leading and scaling teams of at least 25 people • Minimum 3 years of technical experience managing distributed systems infrastructure • Experience managing teams working on API design, platforms, or frameworks • Skilled at receiving and delivering feedback • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of different SDLC models • Experience driving business and product success in cross-functional environment • Experience successfully building and defining teams and goals
