Description

• Play an influential role in developing People technology and processes • Automation, integration, and configuration of People-related technology • Reduce friction in employee's day-to-day through efficient work processes • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve People technology and infrastructure • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements • Participate in the implementation/integration of new People technology solutions • Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data • Report to and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, People Technology & Operations

Requirements

• 4-6 years of progressive experience designing, configuring and maintaining HRIS and other People systems • Project management and consultative skills • Understanding of HR fundamentals and change management • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and propose creative solutions • Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills • Experience with reporting tools preferred • Agile experience preferred • Experience with middleware tools a plus
