Description

• Identify requirements across business units to evaluate real-time data • Act as a thought leader for technical business processes • Create and implement precise project management plans with transparent communication • Define and develop user requirements for systems in production • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to create analysis and documentation • Author and update internal and external documentation • Perform daily systems analytics to troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• Active or recent CBP BI required • BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, Computer Science or related field w/ GIS experience • At least 3 years of GIS experience and technical business analysis • Proficiency in creating Geospatial Products using Esri desktop and web-based tools • Ability to interpret and communicate geospatial products to CBP leadership • Familiarity with visualization tools, including Esri-based web interfaces • Knowledge of Esri Geodatabases and OGC service standards for geospatial data • Strong communication skills
