Description

• Arena is seeking a Senior Product Designer that uses a collaborative, user-centric approach to tackle complex problems and own the end-to-end design process for major features and iterations. • Storyteller who promotes the vision for the product through design explorations, documentation, and presentations. • Ability to solve complex design problems across web and mobile devices and collaborate with product owners/managers. • Work with engineering to deliver and validate the final product. • Design across many mediums, from mobile to desktop, and collaborate on the product vision with leadership. • Influence design practices team operations within a fully remote team. • Apply domain expertise and research to keep work moving forward.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant design experience • Have a portfolio or use cases that demonstrate work you were directly responsible for • Advocate the customer's perspective and have a collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and forging partnerships • A fluent understanding and ability to design within Figma • Deep understanding of dashboards for B2B enterprise SaaS products • Familiarity with CSS/Javascript • Passion for building user-focused products that solve important problems • Fluency in English
