• Reporting to VP of Sales • Part of team working with Sales, Business Development, and Finance teams • Drive sales growth for multiple products across the Athelas + Commure portfolio • Engage directly with private practice owners and providers • Educate internal and external customers on Athelas products and clinical applications • Collaborate with product and operations for effective training materials • Provide new customer product education for large implementations within the division • Identify divisional field training needs and develop plans to meet them • Perform other duties necessary for effective operation of the department and the company
• Four-year bachelor and medical degree (MD) • Current Medical Doctor or previously practicing in specific fields • Experience in healthcare environment • Ability to learn new products and sales strategies quickly • Ability to create and maintain strong divisional relationships • Strong project management skills • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • High level of flexibility, creativity, dependability, and professionalism • Excellent presentation skills • Proficient in core Microsoft Office Suite or Google-Suite Applications • Travel up to 50% • Experience in training, primarily sales teams, ops teams, and healthcare providers
